These unscripted stories would become a central focus for the employer-brand platform we developed - “TOYOTA: MADE FOR MORE” – and living proof of why prospective forklift operators and technicians would choose to make their career at Toyota.
Out of our immersion interviews and strategy sessions with the client, we developed our findings and recommendations – grounded in truth, supported by evidence.
We developed the creative expression and framework for the new employer brand and the messaging to support it.
